Agents now have the ability to plan your day and schedule time blocks on your calendar.
You can use this feature by creating a new Workflow and instructing Fabric to help you plan your daily schedule in the workflow setup.
We’ve also added a new Plan my day template to help you get started, which you can find in the workflows section of your Calendar sidebar.

You can now create sections inside a project in your task list for better organization.
Just hover your task list and click Add section to create a new section, and then drag tasks into the section.
You can also collapse a section to hide the tasks.

You can now zoom your calendar out to a week view or 3-day view for better visibility across upcoming or past days.
Just click the Zoom button in the floating menu bar at the bottom of the screen to choose your zoom level.

The task right-click menu already handled status, archiving, unscheduling and the rest. It now covers the three fields you most often want to change without stopping what you're doing:
Date: Reschedule without opening the task
Priority: Bump something up or down in priority
Project: Add a task to a project, or move it between projects
This drastically speeds up triage. Working through a list of tasks that each need one small change no longer means opening each one, changing a field, and coming back.

Your Fabric calendar shows everything from the Google or Apple calendars you've connected. This can include things you'd rather not look at, such as recurring meetings or OOO events that clutter up your schedule.
Two changes fix that.
Declined invites no longer sync at all. If you've said no to an event, it stops arriving in Fabric, matching what Google Calendar does by default.
Any synced event can now be hidden. Right-click a synced event on the calendar or use the menu in the task detail and choose Hide event to hide it from your Fabric calendar.
Hiding is local to Fabric. The event is untouched at Google or Apple - nobody else sees a change, your RSVP is unchanged, and the organizer is none the wiser. It's also per occurrence, so hiding today's standup leaves next week's alone.

A long workflow setup chat gets hard to navigate. You know you explained the reporting format somewhere near the beginning, but finding it means scrolling past everything that came after.
Two things now help.
A rail down the left margin marks every message you've sent, one dash per turn. Click a dash and the chat jumps to that message, parked at the top where you can read forward from it.
Bookmarks. Hover any message you've sent and a small row appears beneath it - the time you sent it, a copy button, and a bookmark. Bookmarking marks that message's dash in the rail, so you can quickly jump to messages you bookmarked later.
