The task right-click menu already handled status, archiving, unscheduling and the rest. It now covers the three fields you most often want to change without stopping what you're doing:

• Date: Reschedule without opening the task

• Priority: Bump something up or down in priority

• Project: Add a task to a project, or move it between projects

This drastically speeds up triage. Working through a list of tasks that each need one small change no longer means opening each one, changing a field, and coming back.
