Agents now have the ability to plan your day and schedule time blocks on your calendar.

You can use this feature by creating a new Workflow and instructing Fabric to help you plan your daily schedule in the workflow setup.

We’ve also added a new Plan my day template to help you get started, which you can find in the workflows section of your Calendar sidebar.
